So clean, ...staff friendly, convenient location. Everything we needed, air con, and a lovely roof top window for fresh air if required!! Oh and the whole place smelt like a gorgeous perfume shop!

The young man in reception was friendly and very helpful he made us feel so welcome the room was compact but very clean and we had everything we needed for our stay only a short walk to kings cross station we left with a breakfast go bag and a coffee

Easy check in and very friendly staff. Also you could leave your baggage and they would take to room when ready

The hotel was recently opened and work is still being done. The elevator was not working however the staff will carry your bag to and from your room when arriving and leaving. There was no WiFi as the signal was down however this didn’t bother me. The room was brand new, comfortable and clean so no issues there. The location is less than a 10 minute walk to the King’s Cross station, perfect for getting to the underground. The staff were very friendly and happy to help. The entrance to the hotel closed around 9pm and you will need to call the number on the door to be let in.

Extremely comfortable bed, nice hot shower, nice staff, excellent location. There’s a fantastic pub nearby, and lots of restaurants as well. King’s Cross is an easy 5 minute walk, as well.

We liked the ideal location close to St Pancras and the room was newly fitted out and very clean. I would recommend the hotel to others.

Although it was an excellent location however, the initial superior double room I booked was too small hence I upgraded to a family room paying extra fee. The online pictures didnt show that the superior double rooms were small else why will they be called superior double rooms. The breakfast was packed like primary school meals and without hot meals served like other hotels do, this was extremely disappointing and there was no mention of this on the website or during booking. There is a great need for openess and honesty. Finally, having gone through all the above, I asked for delayed check out but was very shocked that the highest they could go was 11:30am (normal check out timen is at 11am). Apart from the above negatives, the lady at the reception was nice and gave us some complementary wine for our celebration accompanied with a really heart touching note. For this I am grateful but very disappointed with the other stuffs mentioned above.

We loved everything about this hotel! From a warm and smiley welcoming, luggage taken to our room and no issues whatsoever. Rooms were spacious (don’t know why people were moaning about the size of the room they booked… they obviously knew it was going to be a smaller room if they booked a small room) and very modern. My favourite part was the heated floor in the bathroom, pure bliss after an incredible shower! As it was my birthday weekend, upon arrival I was asked if I wanted a complimentary drink (beer, wine etc) but as I’m 6 months pregnant I couldn’t but soft drinks were also offered which are also available to buy from reception too. Over all, an amazing hotel, and I would recommend for anyone wanting to stay in the centre of London, with a tube station 5 minutes down the road and Euston a 15/20 minute walk away, the location for us was perfect. I hope this hotel finds every success in the future. We will definitely be staying again.

Exceptionally clean. The bathroom had heated tiles. Room had air conditioning. The location was excellent! The AC in our original room broke down and the staff quickly moved us to another room. The staff were helpful and friendly.
